Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the HabitFirst app, connected sync service, subscriptions, and optional backup features.

Using HabitFirst

HabitFirst is provided for personal habit tracking and related premium features. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app, backend, or other users' data.

Accounts

Some features require signing in with a Google account. You are responsible for the activity associated with your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure.

Subscriptions and ads

HabitFirst may offer subscriptions and ad-supported experiences. Pricing, billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and purchase history for in-app purchases are handled through Google Play and are also subject to Google Play terms and policies.

Backup and sync

HabitFirst may sync your data with HabitFirst services and can optionally back up local app data to your Google Drive appData storage when you choose to use that feature. You are responsible for how you use your Google account and Google Drive with the app.

Availability and changes

The service may change over time. Features, pricing, availability, and integrations may be updated, limited, or removed. HabitFirst may suspend abusive or fraudulent use to protect the service and other users.

HabitFirst is offered on an as-available basis. It is intended as a productivity tool and not as medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice. To the extent permitted by law, HabitFirst disclaims warranties not expressly stated here.

Ending use

You can stop using HabitFirst at any time. If you want your account removed from HabitFirst services, use the in-app deletion flow described on the account deletion page.
